About

I’m Dr Dodd and I’ve spent years studying and researching and writing about nutrition, natural medicine and alternative therapies.

In fact, I’ve written five books – four of which were New York Times Bestsellers.

And I’ve developed a massive following of millions of people around the globe thanks to my website, NaturalNews.com.

My first book was called “Natural Health Solutions” and it became an international bestseller after I published it in 2001, and it’s since sold over 2 million copies worldwide.

But there’s still so much more information that we don’t know about our bodies that we need to understand, and it’s important to me that everyone has easy access to reliable, accurate information.

So many times we see media reports about diseases like cancer or heart disease being linked to specific foods or dietary supplements.

And they always talk about the research studies behind those links without mentioning other factors that could explain those findings.

For example, there are thousands of chemicals in food, water and air that we’re exposed to everyday.

There are also hundreds of toxins released into the environment through industrial processes.

Many of these chemicals can alter gene expression, leading to changes in cell structure and function.

They may also cause inflammation throughout the body (which plays a role in virtually every illness) and contribute to conditions like cancer and cardiovascular disease.

These environmental influences are not usually considered in scientific studies looking at diet and disease.

Instead, researchers focus exclusively on the effects of single nutrients alone.

But the truth is that no one knows exactly how the human body works.

We’re complex organisms made up of trillions of cells working together to create a system that functions as a whole.

So while it makes sense to study individual nutrients, it’s really impossible to isolate the impact of just one nutrient.

We need to look holistically at the entire ecosystem of the body, including the internal environment, genes, hormones, immune systems, etc.

When we do that, we begin to realize that each of us is composed of billions of cells working together as a complete organism to produce energy and maintain homeostasis.

Our bodies are actually superorganisms, and they require proper nourishment and care in order to thrive.

So it’s absolutely essential to consider the total picture when trying to figure out what causes disease and whether certain diets might prevent it.

Unfortunately, mainstream science rarely looks beyond the surface level of nutrition.

Their approach is reductionist. They assume that nutritional deficiencies must lead to disease, and they ignore the rest of the equation.

We need to start looking at the entire picture instead of focusing solely on individual nutrients.

As a result, they miss the real causes of chronic illnesses.

But I’ve devoted myself to learning about the underlying mechanisms of disease and disease prevention.

I’ve studied medical history and learned about the ancient healers who discovered the value of nutrition and herbs long ago.

I’ve studied clinical trials and read scientific papers and textbooks on the subject, and I’ve experimented with thousands of patients myself.

I’ve seen firsthand how nutrition impacts our health, and I’ve identified the basic principles of healing that are applicable across all ailments.

And I’ve created resources to share that knowledge with others.

Now I’d like to offer you the same kind of education that helped me heal my own body naturally.

The goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools needed to make informed decisions about your health and well-being.

Most importantly, I want to teach you how to reverse or prevent chronic diseases and conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, obesity, autoimmune disorders, depression, ADHD, Alzheimer’s disease and much more.

I believe that everyone should have easy access to reliable information that empowers them to live healthier lifestyles.

That’s why I created a site dedicated to providing unbiased, evidence-based news and information on healthy living.
